Class of 2021
Through my illustration, I aim to reach those who love to travel. I chose to represent the concept of travel through a literal lens, as it’s the aesthetic of this suitcase that drew me to purchase one of my own. The nature of this print is simple, as I felt it would best reflect the Away brand, which prides itself on clean and simple design and travel concepts. I included the phrase “Let’s Get Away” to inspire others to travel, and possibly purchase a piece of Away luggage for themselves. Lastly, I included both cursive and block lettering in this tagline in order to spark feelings of wanderlust while also incorporating the actual font this company uses emphasizing the play on words.
