Statement
This piece was produced for the project ’Art in the time of Corona’. To create this piece I used my iPad and the Procreate software because it is the tool in which I feel most comfortable, and in which I can explore the most possibilities. This piece is a self-portrait, that I have given a mystical dimension. I hold the flaming earth in my hands, but cannot do anything against the pandemic. I’m just watching this scene, distraught.
