Class of 2021
Hold your loved ones close. If we can’t grasp that statement after a year like 2020, I don’t know if we ever will. I received these roses from someone very close to my heart. I played around with the focus and natural light to capture this photo. I admired their beauty everyday until they began to crumble and wither. Although I couldn’t hold onto the roses forever, I still chose to cherish them in the time I did have. The same thing goes for our own lives. We can’t hold onto people forever. But we can choose to hold them close and love them boldly.
