Statement
As far back as I can remember I have had a love for animals and nature, these interests lead me to look for beauty in the outdoors. The following images represent my desire to share the beauty of nature and my journey to experience nature amidst suburban life. I wanted to use simple images to demonstrate the complexity in nature.

Bridge: The link between man and nature, the rigid man-made structure frames the free-flowing beauty of the water and plants.
Trailhead: Here I attempted to depict a return to nature by contrasting the crisp focus of the guardrail with the softer focus on the natural world in the background.
