Statement
This series depicts a group of friends taking a late night swim as the last light of the day disappears. They are cast as dark silhouettes against the water and appear miniscule in contrast to the stretching background. I hope that people can gain a feeling of calm from these photos and maybe be transported back in time to some of their own favorite summer memories. We all experience moments where time feels endless and all that matters is the people around us, and I think we should all continually seek that feeling.
